Bradford - CSX Engine 3079 Leads a Westbound Pan Am Freight
CSX 3079 leads a westward freight past Bradford Depot. The photographer is standing at the entrance to the old depot building. The train is running west on the eastward track because of construction work on the Merrimack River Bridge. The engines are off the bridge but most of the train is still on the bridge so the engineer is obeying the slow order for the bridge as the train crawls through the depot area. It is somewhat common to see CSX power on Pan Am Railways long distance freights.
